Damaged Product Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

In the event that your products do not work, or has been damaged in transit to you, the consumer, please follow the instructions below.

Damaged In Shipment:
If the item was damaged when you received it please complete the following steps accurately as it will effect the speediness of your order:
If your item was shipped via the following:

UPS
You must file a claim to get your products replaced if they were damaged during UPS shipment. UPS provides the ability to do so online here:
http://www.ups.com/forms/e-mail/damage?loc=en_US or you may call them at 1-800-PICKUPS

United States Postal Service
If your product arrived by USPS and was damaged please follow the directions here:
http://www.usps.com/receive/howtofileinsuranceclaims/
or you may take it to you local USPS office and have them file a claim.

In the event that none of these situations apply to you, please continue reading. We urge you to check ALL WIRING on your lights. Copper colored wires are the POSTIVE power wires on all of our products unless otherwise stated. Nickel / silver colored wires are the NEGATIVE power wires. Also, if you have a problem with our neon accent rods, be sure to check the SC (sound control / ON switch, make sure this is in the ON position.

All returns are tested thoroughly when they come back to us. In the event we find your product is defective we shall replace it free of charge. However if the purchase is after 14 days of you receiving it, and you have installed we must charge for shipping on your replacement.

Send your defective products back to us in proper shipping container and material along with your full name, address, email address and a description of the problem you are having with our products to:
